On Tuesday 11 March 2025, the British Argentine Chamber of Commerce joined chambers of commerce from across the world at the 14th CFCC International Tasting: Wine, Spirits & Beer — one of the most anticipated events in the Council of Foreign Chambers of Commerce in the UK's annual calendar.

Held at the magnificent Drapers' Hall on Throgmorton Avenue in the City of London, the evening brought together over 300 guests for a global showcase of wines, spirits and beers, alongside the networking that has made this event a fixture for the international business community in London.

Argentina in the Spotlight

The BACC was proud to represent Argentina at this prestigious gathering, with two outstanding producers flying the flag for the country's thriving drinks industry.

Elemental Wines offered guests a taste of Argentina's world-class viticulture, showcasing the quality and character that have earned Argentine wine its place among the finest on the international market. From the high-altitude vineyards of Mendoza to the diversity of styles now emerging across the country's wine regions, Elemental Wines made a compelling case for Argentina as a destination of serious interest for wine lovers and buyers alike.

Torre Gin brought a different dimension to the Argentine offering, presenting a spirit that speaks to the creativity and craftsmanship of a new generation of Argentine producers. As the global appetite for premium and artisan gin continues to grow, Torre Gin demonstrated that Argentina has every reason to be part of that conversation.

A Night of Global Flavours

Beyond Argentina, the event featured producers and chambers from Belgium, Luxembourg, Canada, the Caribbean, France, Italy, South Africa, Spain, Sweden and more — a genuinely global gathering in the heart of the City. Over ten international drink suppliers presented their selections alongside representatives from more than nine foreign chambers of commerce, making for an evening that was as much about building lasting business relationships as it was about discovering exceptional beverages.
